How to Create a Post
- Select “View All Communications” in the top right corner and click the “+” button in top right corner.
OR
- Navigate to “MY ACCOUNT” > “MY WALL” and click on the “+” button in top right corner.
Type - Select the type of post you are creating from the options in the dropdown
Promote - Checkbox promoting a specific article. This will keep it at the top of the list on the dashboard.
Organization - Choose which organization to create post based on level of access.
Category - Select Category. Default category is General
Expiration Date - Date can pre-set when an article expires.
Title - Create title for article
Content - Customize content for your article. Copy/Paste into or write within the editing window.
Image - Select upload button to browse for an image file on your machine.
- Choosing the upload button under “Header Image” will sit photo on top of news card.
- Choosing “insert/edit” image icon will place image within the article body.
Attachments – select “+ Choose” button or link icon to add attachments such as class schedules or links to pdf’s
Save once finished
- 640 x 480 px .png or .jpg
- Center anything important within that space.
