This document explains how to invite your members to ENGAGE and guide them through verifying their login accounts.

Inviting Members to ENGAGE


Open the Roster Folder (), under Membership > Connect.

Multi Invite

  1. To invite all Members at once you can click on the Invite Users button.

  2. You have the option to send to a Distribution List or to all Members if left blank.

  3. You will then be directed to a confirmation screen, where you can choose to include all recipients and will be prompted to enter your password before sending the invites.

Single Invite


  1. To invite a single Member to ENGAGE, open the Roster Folder (), under Membership > Connect.

  2. Select the new Member you wish to invite to the ENGAGE platform. Click on the Member’s card once to expand or click the Drop-down () button.

  3. Navigate to the User Account tab in the Member’s card. Verify the Member’s correct email address.

  4.  Finally, click the Send Registration Invitation button. (If you need to update the Member’s email address, you can do so on the Contact tab.)
  5. When the invitation is sent, which will come in an email with the subject of “Join ENGAGE today (member email address here)”, there will be a link to click which will take the user to a screen to verify their account.

  6. Clicking the link in the invitation email will take the Member to a web page, to verify some of their information and setup security questions/answers:
  7. They will then receive a screen to input their name:
  8. If ENGAGE finds a match for the new user, they will see “Email verified; account linked”.

  9. If ENGAGE cannot immediately make a match to an existing Member record, they will then receive this message:


  10. Dealing with users who registered but not matched to an existing Member record:

  • On a regular basis, especially when first inviting Members, you should check this area of the system often – Support > User Management > Unlinked Users

  • This will show any unlinked user accounts, which can then be linked to the correct member account in ENGAGE.
