Navigate to My Toolbox >Organization Profile

  • Once you have selected your organization you will land on the Contact field.
  •  Select the Roster Custom Fields tab.


You will see any Custom Fields previously created in the Field Description.

  • To create the new Custom Field – select the Blue Command Button – “ADD”.
  • Under Field Description, type in the title of your new Custom Field.
  • What type of Data filter: 
    • Yes/No
    • Number
    • Open Text – Single Line
    • Open Text – Multi Line
    • Date
  • Final Action is the Blue Command Button – “ADD” to complete the process.
