1. From the Roster, find the member you wish to update. 
  2. Select the member record by double clicking on the member card or row in the grid.
  3. When selecting a specific member record, you will begin on the contacts tab.


Example: Adding or Changing a member’s phone number.

  • Under Contacts, select the phone category and enter updated information.
  • Once finished make sure to hit “SAVE”


You have 10 possible action options within a Members Profile via icon at the top-right of their record: Profile, Call, Message, Letter, Membership Card, Transcript, Payment, Alert, Full Page, Hide.
