Navigate to the SUPPORT TAB > USER MANAGEMENT > UNLINKED USERS

  1. In the top section of unlinked users accounts it lists the individuals that have created accounts and have not previously been linked to a member record.
  2. In the lower section, the ENGAGE platform will look at like data and try to match the record for you. It looks to 3 different distinct data points to try to match them. 
  3. To review this information – go to the footer of the toolbox and click the blue “REVIEW” button.
  4. On the left side of the screen – you are presented with the information that the member entered when they created their account.
  5. On the right side - you are presented with the information from the member record that already exists in the ENGAGE Roster.
  6. If you have confidence that this is the correct account, click the blue command button “CONFIRM”, this will link the user.
  7. If the 2 records are not a match, select the “Delete” button in the bottom left of your screen.
