Security questions provide an extra layer of account protection and can be used to verify your identity if you forget your password or need to reset it. You can update your security questions at any time to enhance your account’s security.


How to Change Security Questions

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to My AccountMy ProfileSettings.
  3. Click Security Questions.
  4. Select the question you want to update from the dropdown menu.
  5. Enter your answer in the provided field.
  6. Repeat steps 4–5 for any additional questions you wish to change.
  7. Click Save to apply your changes.

⚠️ Important: Choose answers that are memorable to you but difficult for others to guess. Avoid using publicly available information such as your mother’s maiden name or birthdate.


Tips for Strong Security Questions

  • Use answers that are unique and not easily guessable.
  • Avoid simple or common answers (e.g., “1234”, “password”).
  • You can use a passphrase or combination of words that only you would know.
  • Keep a secure record of your answers in case you forget them.
