Overview
The Default Settings section allows you to personalize how lists, dashboards, and other features display within your account. By setting defaults, you can streamline your workflow and customize your experience to suit your preferences.
How to Access Default Settings
- Navigate to My Account → My Profile.
- Click Settings.
Available Default Settings Options
1. Default View Type for Lists
- Choose how lists such as rosters are displayed:
- List View – Classic table format.
- Grid View – Card-style layout.
2. Default Indicator for Lists
- Select the visual progress indicator for list loading:
- Spinner
- Progress Bar
3. Show or Hide Filters by Default
- Decide whether filters on lists are visible by default when opening any list page.
4. Landing Page
- Choose the page you see immediately after login:
- Dashboard
- Roster
- Student Roster
- Widget User Dashboard
- Widget Admin Dashboard
5. Default Training Distribution List (if applicable)
- Select your preferred distribution list for training-related notifications.
6. DYMO Label Printer
- Indicate if you have a DYMO label printer installed:
- Yes
- No
7. Default Page Row Count for Lists
- Set the number of rows displayed on lists by default:
- 25, 50, 100, 250, or 500
8. Be Reminded to Save Data When Changed
- Enable or disable prompts reminding you to save changes:
- Yes
- No
9. Remember Current List Filters
- Enable or disable remembering filters applied on lists:
- Yes
- No
10. Default Member Distribution List
- Select the distribution list used by default when sending communications to members.
11. Show or Hide Help by Default
- Choose whether help tips or guides are shown automatically when navigating the platform.
Saving Your Default Settings
- After making changes, click Save at the bottom of the Settings page to apply your preferences.
⚠️ Reminder: If you navigate away without saving, changes will be lost.
? Tip: Review your default settings periodically, especially if your workflow or role changes, to ensure the platform continues to work efficiently for you.

Tip: After making any changes to your default settings, always click Save at the bottom of the Settings page to apply your preferences. Unsaved changes will be lost if you navigate away.
