Overview

The My Account / Pay section allows you to manage your payments, view transaction history, and review your contribution details. You can also make one-time payments directly from this page once a payment method has been added.


How to Access

  1. Navigate to My Account.

    Select My Account / Pay.

    You will see three sub-folders within this section:

    • Transactions – View all payment activity, including charges, payments, and adjustments.
    • Payment Methods – Add, edit, or remove saved payment accounts (such as ACH or credit card).
    • Contributions – Review and manage any contribution-related payments or commitments.

Making a One-Time Payment

  • In the top-right corner, click the Pay Now button to make a one-time payment.

    Important: You must have at least one payment method saved before you can submit a payment.

    • If no payment method is available, navigate to the Payment Methods tab to add one.
    • Once added, return to the Pay Now option to complete your payment.

? Tip: Always review your balance and transactions before submitting a payment to ensure accuracy.
