Inviting Members

Overview

Use the Inviting Members feature to send registration invitations to users so they can access the Engage Platform. Invitations can be sent individually or in bulk.


How to Access

Navigate to Membership > Connect > Roster.

Open the Roster Folder to view your member list.


Single Invitations

  1. Select the Member
    • Find the user you wish to invite.
    • Click on the member’s card once to expand it, or click the Drop-down button to open their details.

      Verify Email Address

    • Navigate to the User Account tab within the member’s card.
    • Confirm that the member’s email address is correct.

      Send Invitation

    • Click the Send Registration Invitation button.
    • The user will receive an email invitation to register on the platform.

Bulk Invitations

  1. Select Distribution List
    • Choose the Distribution List containing the members you want to invite.

      Send Invitations

    • Click the Invite Users button located on the left side of the navigation panel.
    • Invitations will be sent to all users in the selected list.

? Tip: Always confirm that member email addresses are correct before sending invitations to avoid delivery issues.
