Overview
The Labels & Envelopes feature allows you to quickly generate and print mailing labels or envelopes for your members or contacts. This is ideal for newsletters, invitations, or any mass mailings.
How to Access
- Navigate to Membership → Communicate → Labels & Envelopes.
How to Run a Report
- Select Criteria
Choose the filters or criteria for the members or contacts you want to include in your mailing.
Run the Report
- Click the Run Report button.
The system will generate your labels or envelopes based on the selected criteria.
Output Options
- Print – Send the labels or envelopes directly to your printer.
- Email – Export the report and send via email if needed.
- Export – Save the report for use in other programs or for record-keeping.
Best Practices
- Double-check your criteria before running the report to ensure the correct recipients are included.
- Preview labels or envelopes before printing to avoid wasted materials.
