Overview

The Survey Builder allows you to create and distribute surveys to your membership quickly and efficiently. Surveys can be secure, anonymous, and flexible, and you can track results in real-time.

⚠️ Please Note: This survey system, including anonymous surveys, is not intended for official Country votes or elections. It does not meet the election requirements outlined by the NLRB or DOL.


How to Access

  1. Navigate to MembershipSurvey Builder.

Creating a Survey

1. Survey Setup

  1. Click Create New Survey.
  2. Enter a Survey Title.
  3. Choose whether responses should be anonymous.

2. Build Questions

  1. Add the questions you want to include in the survey.

    Define response options for each question:

    • Multiple choice
    • Short answer
    • Rating scales
    • Other formats as available

3. Sending Your Survey

  1. Navigate to MembershipCommunications.
  2. Select the Distribution List or group you want to receive the survey.
  3. Attach your survey to the communication and send.

When to Send Surveys

  • Surveys can be sent unlimited times.
  • You can set varying expiration dates for each survey during the sending process.

Best Practices

  • Test before sending: Send a sample survey to yourself to ensure questions and options appear correctly.
  • Keep surveys concise: Short surveys encourage higher response rates.
  • Use anonymity wisely: For sensitive topics, consider enabling anonymous responses.
  • Monitor results in real-time: Check responses as they come in to identify trends or issues quickly.
  • Communicate clearly: Provide context or instructions in the survey introduction to ensure participants understand the purpose.
