This guide helps you navigate Engage after your first login.

Step 1: Log In

  1. Go to [Your SaaS URL]/login. 
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Log In. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.

Step 2: Explore the Dashboard

  1. The dashboard is your home screen, showing key metrics and recent activity.

    Sections:

    • Overview: Displays usage stats and quick links.
    • Projects: Lists your active projects or tasks.
    • Notifications: Shows alerts for updates or actions needed.

Step 3: Navigation Menu

  1. Access the side menu (left-hand side) for core features:
    • Home: Return to the dashboard.
    • Settings: Manage account and team settings.
    • Reports: View analytics and custom reports.
    • Integrations: Connect third-party tools.
  2. Use the search bar (top-right) to find features or settings quickly.

Step 4: Customize Your Dashboard

  1. Click the Customize button (top-right of dashboard).
  2. Drag and drop widgets to rearrange or hide them.
  3. Save changes to tailor the dashboard to your workflow.

Troubleshooting

  • Login Issues: Ensure correct email/password or reset via "Forgot Password."
