This guide helps you navigate Engage after your first login.
Step 1: Log In
- Go to [Your SaaS URL]/login.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Log In. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.
Step 2: Explore the Dashboard
The dashboard is your home screen, showing key metrics and recent activity.
Sections:
- Overview: Displays usage stats and quick links.
- Projects: Lists your active projects or tasks.
- Notifications: Shows alerts for updates or actions needed.
Step 3: Navigation Menu
- Access the side menu (left-hand side) for core features:
- Home: Return to the dashboard.
- Settings: Manage account and team settings.
- Reports: View analytics and custom reports.
- Integrations: Connect third-party tools.
- Use the search bar (top-right) to find features or settings quickly.
Step 4: Customize Your Dashboard
- Click the Customize button (top-right of dashboard).
- Drag and drop widgets to rearrange or hide them.
- Save changes to tailor the dashboard to your workflow.
